Shipping
Most items will ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Regular price clothing $50 and up qualify for free shipping in the continental USA. Select regular price clothing products will not qualify for free shipping, and will ship seperatly then the rest of your order. This will be stated in the product description. Flat rate shipping is eligible for select regular priced non clothing items. Discounted items along with regualr price footwear, surfboards, wetsuits, wetsuit accessories, and select other items do not qualifiy for free shipping. We allow 2 business days to process the order. Transit times are typically 2-10 business days from ship date notification. Weekends are not business days. Delivery date estimates are provided by the carrier, and are not guarantees. Bare Wires Surf is not responsible for late deliveries on any class of shipping. We are unable to ship international at this time. Bare Wires Surf Shop is not responsible for any lost or stolen deliveries. Every order recieves tracking information emailed to the customer. Once tracking shows item in transit Bare Wires Surf Shop accpoets no responsilbilty of the carrier's duty. The customer can contact Bare Wires Surf with questions, but the customer must contact their local USPS/UPS/FedEX office to file a claim.
SURFBOARD SHIPPING
Our surfboard shipping rates are flat rate based on shipping within the U.S. continental 48 states. The rate for boards are as followsÂ
5'9" and under - $150
5'10" and up - $250
over 7'2" please call for a quote
We are surfers too, and shipping can be expensive. If the final shipping price comes in lower then the flat rate charge, we may provide a overage refund to the customer. We typrically receive the final shipping charge from the carrier, 30 days from the surfboard delivery date. The customer may email Bare Wires Surf, 30 days after delivery, to see if their order qualified for any shipping refund. In most cases we will process the refund to you on our own within 60 days. There is no returns on any surfboards purchased in store or online.Â

Returns
To start a return email us by clicking here,Return Label. You must create an account to process a return.
Create or log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
You may return most new, unopened, tags still attached, full price items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price only. If you chose to pay for shipping when purchasing, and return a product, shipping is non refundable if not a result of our error. Items that are approved for a return, that appears worn or used an in anyway, will not be refunded. Surfboards of any kind are not eligible for returns or return shipping.Â
You should expect to receive your refund fo returned items within one week of package being delivered to Bare Wires Surf Shop, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We are not able to do online exchanges at this time.
