The Monsta is the board that will unlock your best performance surfing in all conditions between waist high to overhead. This is the board that lets you mind surf a 2-4ft beach break, then allow everything you imagined and more. Our R&D showed that to be true a thousand times over.

Rocker
The new Monsta features a medium rocker, with smooth, continuous curve that’s slightly flatter than a Golden Child or FMN3, but more defined than a Xero Gravity. It offers a generous sweet spot for control in big turns, while balancing release out of the lip.

Rail Type
Monsta has medium rails, providing a forgiving ride if conditions are less than ideal, but still allowing unlimited performance.

Glassing
Sizes 5'6" to 6'4" are glassed standard with 4 x 3oz glass on the deck and 4oz on the bottom. 6'4" and above are glassed 4 x 4oz deck with 4oz bottom.

With an updated bottom contour, the Monsta now sits right in between the shallower FMN3 / Golden Child concave, and the deeper previous Monsta 10 / Xero Gravity concave. The new Monsta’s moderate single to double concave balances control with lift throughout the board, beginning under front foot and getting more pronounced through the fins
